""Paid for Saturday delivery, for a reason! It arrived in the correct depot at 7:15am and when called 3x all been told different things...
1) my parcel out for delivery, and will be with me by 12:00
2) 12:10 called again was told system is down....
3) called again at 12:28 was told that my parcel will be dispatched and out for delivery for Monday?.... I might as well paid for standard delivery, instead of paying £19.95 for Saturday delivery!
Absolutely joke of a company fuming is not the word right now!
