A word of advice to any customers who have had late delivery of parcels, missing or damaged parcels... fill the online claims form in and make this company refund you what ever percentage they lay out in their terms. Even if you think it's not worth bothering still do it, Make them have to issue a cheque and postage of it to you even if it's only a pound! They'll be employing more claims staff than delivery staff!!
