I had a very bad Parcelforce experience in July, when my father's birthday present which had been sent as a next day delivery turned up two weeks late and I was only given a 50% refund after much form-filling/calling different people. Yesterday, I waited in all afternoon for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered between 15.40 and 16.40. Still no sign of it and the second delivery slot this morning that appeared briefly on the tracking page has been and gone. Really shocking service.
