A parcel from abroad was in the country for a whole month before I got it. Out of four attempted deliveries, only one driver left a card. The website information was incorrect and contradictory. Staff members made promises to leave notes in the file, contact a driver, or call me back. None of this appears to have happened. The parcel bounced between Basingstoke depot and a local post office several times. A female member of staff final solved it by calling a driver at home for information. Apart from her, the service from staff and drivers was appalling.
