Asked them to delivery a parcel on their 48 hour service. It was delivered on time but to completely the wrong address a couple of miles down the road and left no card so that the recipient could locate it. Took me about a day to track it down and in all this time, ParcelForce did not issue an apology and I’m still trying to get my money back!! Don’t use.
