My parcel was tracked to arrive Glasgow depot on 2/10. On the system it says that there is insufficient address, but the fact is I have pasted a very obvious piece of A4 paper stating my name, address, phone number and email. I did not get any call to reconfirm the address until I found it out myself. So i called them to arrange a delivery on Friday (6/10). Waited whole day at home receiving nothing, I call ParcelForce and they said they dont know why but the parcel is not out for delivery. So we arranged another redelivery on Monday (8/10). Waited whole at home again receiving nothing, I call them, and they say sorry they lost it.
Because it is an import parcel, they say I can only claim the compensation from the import country. It was a 11kg big box with all my important books, documents and clothes. This is clearly ParcelForce's fault and mistake but I can do nothing but just crying for losing the parcel. In conclusion, I paid 150 pounds of postage just to lose a thousand pound worth of parcel. ParcelForce doesn't deserve even a star.
