Over 2 weeks to clear customs (ever other courier DHL/DPD/UPS/FED EX does this in a matter of hours fully automated but these jokers take over 2 weeks. then they leave the parcel in the depot as "someone forgot to update you'd paid your customs duty" So after hours of calls I'm told it's being delivered on Friday..but oh no "we can't fid it!" then they do fond it and guarantee a Saturday delivery...needless to say it didn't get delivered on Saturday. This lot really are unfit for purpose,utterly beggars belief how shoddy they are. i'd hazard a guess their tech is way way behind as well. Avoid at all costs "ABPF"# (anyone but parcelforce)
