One attempted delivery card left indicating my parcel had been returned to the Basingstoke Depot. On (finally) getting through by phone to this dept at 8a.m.I was told the parcel was at Aldershot. After another wait to get any response I am told ther are no more drivers available to deliver today ( it’s now 8.25a.m. )I understand this parcel is of fresh food.It was sent in good faith at cost to arrive by Christmas. I am informed by Parcelforce that this will not be happening.
I do not recommend this delivery at all. Appalinservice
