I have waited for 4days now to receive a parcel which was supposed to be 1-2day delivery.
Parcelforce provides a very poor servive and retailers will lose custom using this delivery company.
Understandably Christmas is a busy period....advice would be don't take on what you can't achieve and give yourselves a bad name...like Parcel-farce.
