Parcelforce held my parcel all day Friday, failing to release it for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by the end of the day. I was assured that it would be delivered today Saturday. Then I got the message that as it wasn't a premium delivery it would not come until Monday, possibly not until 18:30. The item has to be fitted on Monday morning. I just got through to the helpline after a 40 min hold. Of Parcelforce don't work Saturday afternoons! The advisor put in a request for an early delivery Monday. I will let you know if that happens.
