Extremely happy and fully satisfied with Parcelforce; the very best experience I've had with any delivery service. I went to the Post office to send a 20kg parcel through Royalmail (from Wolverhampton to Essex), but the post office staff inadvertently processed it through Parcelforce. This got me really nervous, going by the really horrible reviews I had read abou Parcelforce. My parcel was due for delivery within 48 hours, and going by the reviews I had read, it could take somewhere between 5 days and 'forever'. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered within the 48hr time frame. Moreover, I was able to track it up till the moment it was delivered. Thank you so very much to Parcelforce.
