Like so many others on this site, I have a parcel that has been stuck in Coventry for 9 days with no prospect of it being delivered in the near future. When I try to contact this dreadful company, I get various different stories. The most popular one is to blame Customs and Excise even though they have never actually handled the parcel!
Avoid this appalling company like the plague!
