If I could give zero stars I definitely would! They first sent me a text message advising that delivery slot will be between 2-3 pm, then they came an hour late and didn’t find me at home so didn’t deliver the parcel EVEN though at the time of purchasing I had purposely specified to leave the parcel at the front porch if no one at home. Then they left a card saying to go and collect the parcel at local post office and when I got there the parcel had not been delivered to the post office yet either!I called customer service and after 20 minutes attempt to speak to someone, as they clearly do anything possible to deflect customers rightly wishing to understand where their parcel has gone, I spoke to a super rude lady who told me that the drivers where not late!( against every written evidence!) and that I m being rude for complaining!wow what a bunch of incompetent jokers!
