This has got to be one of the worst delivery company's around. My parcel was meant to be delivered on a Friday, I stayed in all day ....nothing!!!! no email, phone call, or text. I Phoned Parcel force on the Saturday, they were going to 'phone me back ....
nothing!!! can't track it as nothing happens, doesn't recognise the number they gave me ! I can see I'm not the only one who thinks this company is rubbish so maybe they ought to do something about it and work on their customer feed back.
