Very rude delivery driver. Didnt explained to my girlfriend she can refuse damaged parcel but insisted it has to be signed for and claimed later. I overheard that and challenged the driver to which he replied 'sory mate its signed now'. Asked him to hold on so i can ring customer care, but he just laughed and speed off.
I rang customer service had to say same story 5 times to different people, to which the last one said a manager will contact me. A week past nobody contacted me at all and i left 2 phone numbers and my email. No apology whatsoever.
Sender claimed but was told it was his fault for not securing the package.
By the way it was a quarter inch steel part that was forcefully bent.
Not first time having issues with parcelforce, just have a look at their reviews. Useless
