I paid extra for insurance to cover my parcel. Item was less than 3Kg and the outer part of the item was a steel enclose. The damage Parclel force did to my package literally dented the corner of the steel enclosure. This was packed inside high density packing foam and in a thick cardboard box. To do this kind of damage they must have dropped it from a massive height or threw it across a room. Claim was rejected due to insufficient packaging. What a joke.
Will never use again.
