Absolute shower of no hopers who just cannot deliver any parcels within the time frame. often many days late. They never respond to poor reviews. I can understand why they don't respond to poor reviews, they would need a large team to respond as they have a 95% Plus failure rate. look at the reviews here and on T Pilot.
Management need to be fired they have been in place long enough and have not improved indeed they have done the opposite.
