Guaranteed delivery wasn't made.
Nothing on 'tracking' to explain.
Now 4 hours later and ..... nothing. Apparently I get back the difference in postal cost between the cost I would have paid for a slow delivery (assuming there is eventually a delivery) and the Guaranteed Express Service I paid for. Except I paid for Express Guaranteed delivery because it needed to get there this morning!?!!
