They claim to have tried to deliver my parcel twice but I was in both times. I now have to collect the parcel from the Post Office. The sender paid for 48 hour delivery but it will be a week before I get it. Why does the "racking" lie - can't the drivers be bothered to deliver? I phoned customer services but was simply fobbed off. They believe the driver, effectively calling me a liar.
An absolutely terrible company. Use a different courier if you can. They are expensive and useless
