Service so terrible I can't even be bothered to review it. Would never willingly be subjected to Parcelforce's particular brand of "service" again. "First delay due to customs payment not received" (we havn't left the EU yet, something Parcelforce seem unaware of when dealing with a parcel from France), then "insufficient address details" (postcode which comprises only about half a dozen houses - evidently 6 houses close together and is too difficult). Then day 2. Delivery failed to turn up. Driver couldn't find the house. See previous comments. Parcel returned to depot. Day three. See Day two. Parcel returned to depot by 2.45pm. If the parcel is back at the depot by that time in the afternoon, I have to ask how much care or effort is really being put into its delivery. I've arranged to pick up the delivery from the depot tomorrow. I no longer trust them to get it to me. I said at the beginning, "Service so terrible I can't even be bothered to review it." And I've reviewed it anyway, because the careless way this company is operated ensures that it deserves every slating it gets. I'm usually laid back. Not this time. And not this Company. Ever again. Please.
