Don’t wait in for Parcelforce,they don’t turn up,apparently the driver ran out of time,poor chap!
They do not care about customers in the slightest.
It’s as if they’re not even trying,competitors do the job so much better,you can’t track anything even though they say you can,every time they I’ve called they say drivers communication is down - I don’t believe a word of it.
Shameful, leaving people waiting in for parcels all day
