Absolutely rubbish service. I order lots off Amazon and every other delivery company actually delivers and can use the lockbox or garage! Not parcel force though oh 3 times 3 different products and each time it goes back to the depot and the tracking card no. Is not written correctly EVER.
they can't even manage to tick the redeliver or pickup box. Absolutely shambles of a company!!!
