What a rubbish service. On two separate occasions I have waited for the delivery in vain, taking a day off from work. They send you a text message with expected delivery time which is completely meaningless. I rang customer service and was told the driver couldn't trace my address. I asked why they couldn't call me as I was waiting at home, was told they don't contact customers. Meanwhile their online tracker says the driver attempted delivery. You couldn't make this up. Unbelievably dreadful service. I will specifically ask the companies I buy items from not to use parcel force. Pity there is no option for half a star rating
