Day one - Advised delivery will take place between 5 & 6. Waited in but no one showed.
Day two - Apology for no show & advised parcel will be delivered between 6 & 7. Went to work. Got home at 5 to be greeted by a card through my door saying they tried to deliver at 4 but no one home! Rang the Bristol office & received another apology & promised Saturday delivery.
Day three - Waited in all morning & no show.
Completely inept company who lie and amazed their still in business. Why does anyone use them?
