Waited in and received text to say delivery attempted and card left.
Untrue. Rang depot totally unhelpful never rang back as promised.
Tracked down Parcelforce CEO and spoke to his staff. Despite
intervention still no contact from depot. Apparently delivery attempted to a locked and closed up church! Extraordinary behaviour.
Please introduces minus rating. Spoke to the seller - a corporate account.
Distribution manager said " in the process of changing from Parcelforce due to level of complaints from customers".
