I was assured by customer services that a redelivery would occur the next day. waited at home all day, no sign of delivery. Spoke to customer services again, they said I need to wait at home all day for a second time, for them to try again. How many days will I need to waste?
There appears to be no relation between their systems and what the delivery driver does.
