a guy called Dave Lewis, called and asked me to take in a parcel for a customer who lives opposite me. this i did and as i signed he said. Oh there is a parcel from IKEA to an Elizabeth no last name and just flat 5 uplands road, could of been and Elizabeth and any of the 100 flats on Uplands Road, he did a bit of police detective work and not only found me but delivered 6 hours early. Well done Parcel Force employing this happy , helpful chap called DAVE LEWIS!!!!!!
