I paid for next morning delivery “next day before noon” at £9.95, expensive for small parcel, but as I’m going away tomorrow and I need it to take it with me, I thought it’s worth it. Tracked it, still at the hub, will be delivered some time tomorrow!!! Too late, I will be gone! They offer the service but can not fulfill the terms.
