A gift was sent to me from Aus. Yay! Didn't turn up. Discovered (via sender) it was sitting in UK sorting office saying customs payment due. When I contacting them to ask about it they had already returned my gift to Aus. Boo!
Customers services ignore the fact that my sender will be out of pocket to send it again (assuming it does arrive back in Aus), and don't acknowledge any fault of their own.
