I took a day off today to wait for the parcel that allegedly meant to arrive today...I checked their website and at 08:00 the parcel was out for delivery. At 09:00 the map showed that the driver is few streets away from me and that they will deliver between 10:00-12:00. Since then map stopped to work, there are no updates on the website and they are unable to tell me where on earth the driver is...POOR SERVICE AVOID!!!
