Where do I start.. tracked my delivery and from the start it went to and from the Same place 3 times when I called to get some sort of update the person on the phone was rude,unhelpful and you should be ashamed that a company so well known would employ someone who has no customer service skills and could be that rude!! Not happy with my experience i posted on your Facebook page to get told i wasn’t a customer of yours and should take it up with parcel2go but at that point in time you were in possession of my package and we’re unable to delivery it obviously due to some incompetent pleb that you insist on employing! The stress and time this has caused Is beyond belief I hope I never have to deal with you again And I will warn everyone I know not to bother using you as there is clearly an issue with your process (suggest this is reviewed) wish there was a 0 star
