If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
I wasn't in when my parcel was delivered and they sent it to a post office 50mins away from my house. I arranged for it to be redelivered to my work instead, but 3 weeks later it still had not been redelivered! I called and emailed several times and was always told it would be re-delivered in a couple of days. Eventually I called for a 4th time and was told that my parcel had been returned to sender. The worst service of any parcel delivery company, which is saying a lot!
