Twice missed
The expected delivery time is not reliable.
When they say they have tried (in my cases) they found it to difficult or planned their route not taking into consideration road works.
I know they did not show up on one occasion as I was there all day and evening. Yet they say they attempted and to read the instruction card that has been left. I have had NO CARD was left from any attempt.
