supposed to deliver my parcel on the 21st of december ,had a lying text to say no one home and letter had been left ,NO LETTER !!received a text the nxt day saying it would be at my house the 22nd at 3-4 pm ,NO PARCEL!!after being fobbed off on the phone for 2 hrs ,website says been sent back to the depot ,no attempt to deliver ,the app says my tracking number doesnt exist anymore !!so here i am on the phone now the 23rd still no parcel ,all depots shut ,surely they know christmas is a busy time why dont they employ extra drivers ,now i have to explain to my nephew why he has no christmas present ,totally awfull service they have always been fine before ,totally ruined my christmas .
