Left a card to collect at post office but sent it back to Stoke called at post office 3 times after being told it would be there but wasn't after contacting customer car (sic) told parcel would be redeliverd waited in all day and wasn't delivered recontacted customer care and told it was at post office went there and postmaster told me parcel was on a van all the time and the cost of this rubbish service circa £60'00
