Ordered a small item from Switzerland. It took 2 days to get to the UK via another courier. I then received an email from ParcelForce (who cover the last leg) giving the next working day as a delivery date.
According to their tracking it has been sat at their depot in East London ever since.
So far, that's 4 times longer to arrive than it took for it's 560 mile international journey.
