Worst courier I have ever dealt with. Ordered a gift for delivery on 7/1 and received an email in the afternoon to say it had been delivered and signed for by me even though I had not. No note had been left through my door and when I rang the depot they said it may be one of the neighbours although they couldn't be sure which one. The driver came back on 8/1 and led me round to the back of one of my neighbours houses and the parcel was outside their back door not in anyone's property. I queried who had signed for it as it's outside and he was quite dismissive which means he must have fraudulently signed it as being delivered to me.
