I can't believe they are still in business. I stopped using them in my own business long time ago but unfortunately other businesses are still using them and I have to deal with them because of that. They don't bother to redeliver even if you order a redelivery. They insist that I should go to my 'local' post office which is situated quite far and is closed in the evenings and weekends. But I wouldn't be able to pick my heavy parcels anyway. I asked them to redeliver, they promised but by some reason decided not to bother and sent my parcel back to the sender. I urge all the businesses to stop using them, this service is a disgrace. There are many much better alternatives!
