I would give them Nil stars if possible... I had a parcel collected before Christmas 3 hampers for a client... Fragile written all over the box... I even said to the man collecting it was fragile.....I paid extra for the insurance... the value of the parcel was £200......The client refused the parcel because it was completely smashed.... They are now refusing our Claim... saying it wasn't packaged properly....Obviously nothing could withstand been thrown about in the back of their van......I will never send anything with them again.... Absolutely disgusted
