Falsely claimed that they had attempted multiple deliveries before finally claiming that they had succesfully delivered the parcel - provinding a falsified signature as ”proof”.
Will avoid them and any business/operative that uses them as courier service.
Literally the worst service I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.
