Absolutely disgusted at the service from Parcelforce. Pacakge containing jewellery was delivered, as was the jewellery box, but the items had been taken from inside. Parcelforce will accept no responsibility for this, even though they have stated the item was in the parcel upon it's arrival at their depot.
What kind of company turns a blind eye to their employees stealing from customers?
