Should be renamed Parcel Farce!
They have had my parcel in my nearest depot since the 3rd of Feb. I have been promised time after time it will be delivered "tomorrow".
It is true that tomorrow never comes! Yesterday they suggested I do a 50 mile round trip to go and collect it! Seriously. I cringe whenever I get sent a ParcelFarce tracking number for items I purchase. They have now had this package at their depot for 3 days on a 24 hour service.
