- Got a card claiming no one was home - They took the parcel to one of the most awkward post office locations for collection (it's ages away) - Arranged redelivery using the website - Took the day off work and waited all day for my parcel. - No one turns up - Send an email to customer services - No response received - Call the customer services regarding tracking, lack of delivery and response - Got no explanation however she tried to charge me for Saturday re-delivery (still not clear why they haven't attempted to re-deliver for my previous booking) - Booked a delivery for Monday - And tracking still says collect from the awkward to reach post office
