Waited all day after a txt confirmed my delivery. Still sat here writing this and still no parcel.. 6 hours late so far. Item is from IKEA.. IKEA not to blame.. PARCELFORCE are.. or PARCELFARCE! Complete rubbish courier provider.. no customer service or attempt to resolve issues . Inconvenience caused .. please avoid this farce of a company!
