After sending my parcel to UK from NZ I saw the reviews on Parcel Force - most of which were negative. Long delays, charges etc. Needless to say it was worrying. I had sent a parcel and it had arrived within 2 days from pickup in NZ to UK. It then spent 6 days in Coventry.
Whilst we are all quick to respond to negative situations it is also important to respond when there is a positive outcome. This was my first experience with Parcel Force and I was quite impressed with their response once I had contacted them with my concerns.
I decided to email Parcel Force on NZ Sunday evening. I also called their Customer Service when they opened. The lady was polite and explained it could sit up to 3 weeks in Coventry. Shortly after calling them, a response to my email arrived which was prompt. It was a polite email apologising for the concern I had and informing me my parcel was through customs and on it's way to a local depot. Tuesday morning the parcel was delivered. Albeit 1 broken item and one slightly squashed box (didn't damage item inside) which could have been damaged at any point between NZ and UK.
Well done Parcel Force.
