The first time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package they advised the post office was closed which I discovered was not the case after speaking to the post office. The second time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package I waited in all day to then be advised by Parcelforce that the delivery was refused by myself when in fact clearly no attempt to deliver the parcel was made.
