Unbelievable how they want to show they are not aware of the fact riders don’t attempt to delivery parcels or i don’t know what to think about their riders. They sent a message saying they attempted to deliver but no one ever came. Obviously you have to lose your time to call numbers and speak to people to have another delivery for the next day; and if they say they will contact you back after sending a message to the rider (their procedure doesn’t allow them to call the riders apparently), don’t believe them, you’ll have to call again, explain everything again and finally, but unfortunately, you’ll have a delivery for the next day.
