An absolute joke of a company they need to be liquidated. Had countless problems in the past with this... apparently courier company. Usually they just get my reviews remove because they pay for a premium account on trust pilot. Well I didn’t have a choice this time as it came through customs after customs held my parcel for over a week I put a complaint in and finally it got released then parcel fail decide they want to hold it. So my parcels been over a month and soon to be over 2 weeks sat in this county doing nothing. Now they said its been released and on its why. Nearly a week later and the latest update - Awaiting payment of customs charges. So several days before I get the letter then another 1-2 days for the parcel. Disgusting service. Had many others with them in the past. Seriously I run a business and have been for years. This company does not yours or my business. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They’re also one if not the most expensive around. DPD are a lot better in every way. Appalled time and time again how bad they really are.
