After tracking my delivery I was given a route, drivers name and a I hour time slot of 1 - 2pm. The delivery didn't arrive in the time stated, by 4pm I was still sat waiting. I rang and was told that the depot would contact me. At 5.30pm with no delivery or contact I called again to be promised a call from the depot, the lady also said that in her opinion it would be delivered today. I waited till 6pm on the off chance but no delivery and no contact. The next day, today I tracked the parcel and it is in the depot not even out for delivery!!!! Still no promised contact. Do they even care? I am incensed! I will NEVER use Parcelforce and will certainly ask anyone I purchase from to please NEVER use them either.
