What a awful courier, I paid for 48 hr delivery posted the item to the post office in the morning, they didn’t collect until the next day and despite being late collection didn’t upgrade to 24hr, I have used this company three times now and every time there has been a problem, the last time the driver forgot the label, the time before that my parcel was left in the van so it was late, I won’t be using them again, if this company doesn’t up it’s game it will collapse, it’s a slow process but it will happen, it’s a cutthroat game with lots of options, customers will just wise up.
